By using this website you accept these terms. These terms govern your use of this website only. If you enter into a pilot or subscription agreement with us to use the Falcon Resolve application itself, that separate agreement governs your use of the application.

You may browse this website and submit the pilot/contact form for genuine business inquiries. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Pilot and Contact Requests

Submitting the pilot or contact form is a request for us to get in touch — it is not an order and does not by itself create a contract. Any pilot, trial, or paid engagement is governed by its own separate written agreement, which we will provide before it begins.

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than for your own reference in evaluating our product.

Where this site links to a third-party scheduling or calendar tool to book a call, that tool is operated by its own provider under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
